Permanent Placement

We offer two programs dependent on the level of hire.
I -- Upper End Administrative / Paraprofessional Positions
- This program is successful for lower level management or upper level non-professional positions where the candidate will not consider temp-to-hire. this allows us to tap into currently employed applicants as well as to specifically recruit for the position. This program applies for any position paying in the $30,000 to $44,900 salary range.
- 10% Permanent Placement fee with 30-day replacement guarantee.
- If you want to upgrade to a 90-day guarantee, you can do so by paying 20% placement fee.
II -- Professional / Executive Placement
- This program applies for any position paying $45,000 or more
- 20% to 30% Permanent Placement fee (contingent on search parameters) with 90-day replacement guarantee. This is an innovative approach to the issue of a candidate not working out. We don't just return your money and walk away; we guarantee that your position will be filled quickly with another candidate.
