Quality Executive Careers works with a wide range of service providers. We fill positions throughout the United States and infrequently overseas, as well. The majority of our positions are direct hire permanent placements. Though occasionally our organization will hire new professionals on an interim contract status, transitioning them to a fulltime position as the hiring company dictates. In some cases our clients will consider a contract or consulting relationship. However, in general our focus is on career advancement through permanent placement.
No Fee!!
Our Services to candidates seeking employment are FREE of charge. The organizations who utilize our services will pay us an agreed upon placement fee based on the position’s requirements and the caliber of candidate that we provide.
The Placement Process
Candidates interested in positions within the fields of Engineering, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Clinicial Trials, and Healthcare should review our list of current openings and submit their resume via email for consideration. Always note the position for which you are applying in the title line of your email.
Once we have reviewed your resume we will email you a general questionnaire to complete with information to assist us in targeting your career goals.
If your credentials appear appropriate for the position we will begin the process with our Pre-Screening as outlined for your position of interest by the hiring company.
This Pre-Screening process can include: Background and Credential Verification, Reference and Credit Checks, Personality Assessments, Screening Questionnaires, Interviews per phone or in person with us, or any combination of these processes as requested by our client.
We understand that you are a busy professional and will conduct this process in the strictest confidence with accommodation to your schedule. However, we will take care to keep you apprised of the clients timeline to assure that you do not miss out on an interviewing opportunity.
If our client is interested in interviewing you, we will mediate the process assisting with scheduling and referring you to appropriate individuals to establish travel plans.
Depending on our client our level of involvement at the Interview and Offer phase will vary. Some clients count on us to arrange every aspect of the process while others will step in and merely keep us informed at the interview phase. Usually we provide services more in the middle of these two extremes. In which case we might count on you to supply us with Interview or Offer information so that we might assist you with the process.
