Description |
Provide sales analysis for tracking actual sales activity against goals, administering sales incentive programs, and tracking financial statistics for product and market analysis. Present data and findings for informed management decision-making. Supports projects by providing order and sale incentive history data.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops and executes computer programs to compile the data needed for sales activity reporting and administration of sales incentive programs. Use of MRP system, CRM, PC database tools (Excel/Access), and special reporting tools.
Modifies processes and reports including ad hoc report generation. Performs periodic audits of data extraction programs and reports to make sure reporting is in synch. Investigate any issues discovered during the audit and recommend solutions to fix discrepancies.
Input leads into CRM program and coordinate a weekly report to disperse within the company.
Assists with marketing activities by interacting with potential customers and distributors.

Requirements |
Excellent computer skills including knowledge of software packages for word processing, databases, spreadsheets, form design, and some graphic applications.
Effective oral and written communications skills.
Able to function well with minimal supervision, requires considerable judgment in solving problems and making recommendations.
