The Targeted Search

• We perform a full needs assessment and profile analysis to identify not only the scope of your position but also the culture and organizational requirements as well.
• Next, we identify the best resources for the ideal candidate, focusing our search on appropriate organizations, professional groups and alternative sources (referrals, our database, media if indicated).
• Then, we begin the recruiting process, presenting the position to targeted candidates, screening and evaluating them per agreed parameters, (Phone screens, interviews, personality assessments, screening questionnaires, reference checks, background and credential verification, etc.).
• Finally we facilitate the interview and hiring process. We gather feedback and adjust our ongoing search as you review résumés and meet with chosen candidates. Our role in your offer process can be as involved or minimal as your organization desires.

Timelines…You set the pace!!

• If time is critical we will set up a timeline to have your new employee on the job by a designated date.
• If team review is the driver of your process – then we will discuss the phases of review and time involved with our applicants up front – to keep them vested in the process.
• If both are a priority, we will balance your needs and our candidate’s availability to provide a seamless hiring process and deliver your new employee per agreed timeline.
